Ring in the New Year with good company, good food and good drinks. These North Fork spots are saying goodbye to 2025 in style.

Ring in the new year near the sea with a five-course tasting menu at The Halyard — plus a party. Local products fill the list like Oregon Road Farm parsnip, Mattituck Mushrooms black truffle and Wickham Fruit Farm apples. Dinner seatings will be from 5 to 6 p.m., 8 to 9 p.m. and live music goes from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.

The next day, enjoy a special brunch menu with elevated items like a chai spiced French toast and short rib hash from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Greenport Harbor Brewery, 42155 Main Road, Peconic, 631-477-1100

Greenport Harbor Brewery is hosting a unique celebration at 2 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. At the Peconic location, line up for the second annual .5K Beer Run. The run is just 1,640 feet in distance — the course being a lap around the brewery — and features five craft beer hydrations stations and a competition for best outfit, fastest time and surprise categories to be announced on race day.

The Hotel Indigo has two prix fixe dinner seatings on New Year’s Eve: a 3-course dinner from 5-7:30 p.m. for $65 per person, and a 5-course dinner at 7:30 p.m. for $110 with live music at both. Disco dance your way into the new year at The Suffolk 54 New Year’s Eve, with tunes from the days of Studio 54 — songs from Donna Summer, K.C. and the Sunshine Band, Chic, Earth, Wind and Fire, the Bee Gees and more performed live by That 70s Band. There will be a dance floor; hats, noisemakers and streamers; a live stream of the Times Square ball drop, and complimentary champagne for a toast at midnight. Starting at 6:30 p.m., bring the whole family for the Fishes & Wishes New Year’s Eve party, with cocktail hour, DJ and dancing, a buffet dinner, dessert and ice cream bar, an animal meet and greet, crafts, and a mock midnight toast. Tickets are $145 for adults, $90 for children 3-12, and $10 for children under 2 and can be obtained here.

The All-Star hosts a family party from 4:30-7:30 p.m. with unlimited bowling and shoe rentals, food, soda and juice, party favors and a midnight toast with sparkling cider or champagne. Tickets are $50 per adult and $40 per child for main lanes, and $55 per adult and $45 per child for VIP lanes. On Dec. 31 at a 5 p.m. seating, dig into a four-course menu featuring house baked bread with anchovy whipped butter and tempura squash with benne seed aioli for $110. If you’d rather a have a five-course meal priced at $145, book the 8 p.m. seating which will include caviar and a midnight celebration.
