Amanda Giuliano and Katherine Laureano-Cilio’s Party Animal is keeping the party going, now in Mattituck.
The party supply store packed with vibrant décor opened its doors at Feather Hill (53345 Main Road, Southold) in 2025. Inspired by Giuliano and Laureano-Cilio’s careers in interior design — Giuliano being the principal designer at Southold’s Nicolette’s for the Home — the store came together as a solution to the lack of celebration supply stores on the North Fork.
Now, the store is making a move to 50 Love Lane in Mattituck, with a grand opening on Friday, May 22.
“We’re in a prime location,” says store manager Veronica Hauptman. “NoFoDoCo is there, there’s the cheese shop, there’s the chocolate shop, there’s the florist and what else goes with all of that stuff? Balloons and party supplies.”
It’s a one stop shop on Love Lane, ready to help you prepare for your next celebration.
Geared towards children’s parties, the store has plenty of curated collections for the kids, including unicorn, dinosaur, construction, soccer, baseball, basketball, football, safari, Taylor Swift and peace-love-party-hippy style décor.

It’s not all for the youngsters, however. Giuliano and Laureano-Cilio stock bachelorette and engagement celebration pieces, bubbly bar banners, champagne glasses and more. Other products offered by the business are customized garlands, backdrops and arches available for preorder and local delivery.
It’s a great stop on your way out East if you’re hosting or renting a space to celebrate something seasonal, Hauptman says, with Fourth of July, Father’s Day and Pride assortments in stock.
The store was founded so that North Forkers didn’t have to drive far or buy from big box stores to get ready for parties, something Giuliano found herself doing as a busy mom. Now, in the Victorian-style building beside Zeifman Orthodontics, it’ll be even easier to find supplies.
“We’re really looking forward to going to Love Lane and being a part of a high traffic area that’s naturally connected to the entertaining and hosting of celebrations,” says Hauptman. “We’re grateful for everybody supporting us along the way and we can’t wait to create more memorable moments in the new community.”
Visit Party Animal for their grand opening on May 22, where there will be NoFoDoCo doughnuts and balloon raffles. Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.
