Not that we need an excuse to stroll into any one of the lovely and varied tasting rooms on the East End, but with harvest in full swing, it feels apropos to raise a glass to local wine. “Come Over, October” is a national movement embraced by the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, creating a month-long celebration of New York wine. And what better time than harvest season? Several of our local wineries have great sip-centric deals to get you tasting favorite wines and trying out new ones for this year’s COO.
