That same summer dinner that you threw on the grill while hanging out by the pool is in high abundance to carry you through the colder months on the North Fork. 

Here are a few weekly deals to provide your burger fix, plus some scrumptious sides and sips to keep you satisfied. 

Cliff’s Elbow Too, 1085 Franklinville Road, Laurel, 631-298-3262

On Sundays Cliff’s Elbow Too has a popular $8 burger special, which includes fries. Add extras for $1 like cheese, mushrooms, or choose the marinated beef option (which you shouldn’t pass up). Available all day Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.

Country Corner Cafe, 55765 Main Road, Southold, 631-765-6766

On Thursday nights you can create your own burger at Country Corner for $13, which includes fries, lettuce and tomato. You choose the type of meat (beef, breaded chicken, turkey, vegetable, black bean or Impossible Burger), cheese, toppings and bread. There are additional charges for premium items like bacon or sides like onion rings, and you can add on a cup or bowl of soup or salad ($3-4) or dessert for $4.50. Open until 7 p.m. on burger night.

Every Thursday and Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. get your hands on these grass-fed organic, home-grown burgers. Made from McCall-raised cattle — a wagyu Charolais breed — cooked medium to medium rare, these special patties come with or without Vermont cheddar cheese. Enjoy a side of fries, a pickle and chocolate chip cookies and order whichever McCall wine piques your fancy that evening.

On your next open Wednesday night for $22 grab a seat at the bar from 5 to 8:30 p.m. and grab the A Lure Burger with your choice of a draft beer or a glass of house wine. This sweet and savory beef selection is topped with smoked mozzarella, bacon onion marmalade and house cut fries.

Try the Angel’s Envy signature cocktail paired with North Fork Table & Inn’s burger on Thursday nights. September is National Bourbon Month, the perfect reason to celebrate with bourbon and burgers.
