The Mattituck Strawberry Festival starts this Thursday and Noah’s in Greenport is introducing two new strawberry-inspired dishes to coincide with the festival.

Whet your appetite with the local strawberry and arugula salad with goat cheese and saba vinaigrette (pictured above.

For dessert, the strawberry balsamic ice cream with warm rhubard compote and basil shortcake is as sweet a finish as can be.

Noah’s is located at 136 Front St, Greenport. Dinner is served daily from 5 p.m. and lunch is available Friday through Sunday starting at 11:30 a.m. (brunch on weekends at 11:30 a.m.)
