Over two million tulips are once again in bloom at Waterdrinker Family Farm & Garden in Manorville.

Walking through the expansive rainbow-colored fields, you’ll feel as though you’ve been transported straight to the Netherlands, complete with a large windmill, giant clogs and Dutch-style bicycles.

The number of tulip bulbs has doubled since last year and for the first time in the festival’s history, visitors now have the opportunity to pick their own tulips to bring home.

Festival-goers can pick tulips of over a hundred different varieties for $1 apiece, mixing and matching vibrant pinks, oranges and yellows plus plenty of multi-colored flora to make their own custom bouquet.

This family-friendly event features an obstacle course, mini golf, a jumbo jumping pad and woodland playhouse. The farm is also home to a variety of barnyard animals, such as pigs, goats, chickens and donkeys.

Adults can grab a Dutch-inspired pilsner after wandering through the flowers at the Long Island Farm Brewery, located right outside the festival gates. On weekends, food trucks serving sweet and savory snacks will be on site and live music will also be performed.

Spend a minute with us at the 2023 Long Island Tulip Festival in full bloom.
