With those long summer days coming to an end, many wineries have begun to reduce their hours.
But if you find the evening is getting late and you still want to sip a while longer, here are eight tasting rooms that are still serving until 7:30 p.m. or later.
Diliberto Winery

Diliberto stays open until 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Wine is available by the glass or bottle after 6 p.m. Two glasses of wine and a regular pizza are $29 from 6 to 8 p.m. Call for reservations.

Kontokosta will remain open til sunset on Saturdays until Columbus Day. Wine is available by the glass after 6 p.m.
Lieb Cellars
13050 Oregon Road, Cutchogue (631) 734-1100
Lieb Cellars stays open until 7 p.m. all week long. Beginning October 7, they will remain open until 9 p.m. on Friday nights for their live music series. Concerts start at 6 p.m. Wine is only available by the glass or bottle after 7 p.m.
McCall Wines

McCall stays open until 7:30 p.m. on Friday nights through September for its weekly burger night, with beef patties served up by the North Fork Food Truck. Enjoy a burger with your wine from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Palmer Vineyards

Palmer Vineyards’ Aquebogue tasting room stays open until 9 p.m. on Fridays. It’s last tasting is poured at 8:30 p.m.
Roanoke Vineyards on Love Lane

Roanoke’s Love Lane tasting room stays open until 9 p.m. on Saturday nights. Just remember the last tasting is served at 8:30 p.m.
Shinn Estate Vineyards

Shinn Estate stays open until 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Wine by the glass or bottle is available from 5 to 8 p.m. Noah’s Food truck is there on Fridays from 5 to 7:30 p.m. On Saturdays enjoy Otto and Maria’s Food Truck from 3 to 7 p.m.
Wolffer Estate Vineyard

Enjoy live music from 5 to 8 p.m. during their Twilight Thursdays through September 29. Wine is available by the glass or bottle, along with a selection of cheese and charcuterie plates.
Waters Crest Winery

The tasting room is open every Friday and Saturday until 9 p.m. Waters Crest also offers music from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Wednesday nights.
