Corned beef is a St. Patty’s Day dinner staple, but that doesn’t mean it has to be predictable.
North Fork chef Tom Fazio is showing you how to shake it up at Waters Crest Winery Sunday. The event dubbed “Corned Beef Chaos” is a two hour cooking presentation on how to make an outrageous St. Paddy’s Day meal and it is “Our Weekend Pick.”
And since St. Patrick’s Day is not just for beer drinkers, vineyard owner and winemaker Jim Waters will be on hand to pair some great wines from Waters Crest Winery with the meal.
The event is this Sunday, March 8 at Waters Crest Winery located at 22355 County Road 48, Suite 6 in Cutchogue.
