Get ready to stroll along Love Lane and Pike Street in Mattituck this Saturday to enjoy local food, crafts and raffles at the 39th annual “Old Fashioned Street Fair” hosted by the Mattituck Chamber of Commerce.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes the crowning of Little Mr. and Miss Mattituck — a beloved community tradition.
“We’re very fortunate that it’s so successful and taken on a life of it’s own,” chamber president Terry McShane said. “Our goal is to get the ‘Made in China’ stuff out and get more local artists, artisans and craftspeople in.”
