A campaign is currently underway to secure North Fork Table & Inn chef Stephan Bogardus his first James Beard Award nomination. And come Tuesday, the 29-year-old chef of one of the region’s most acclaimed restaurants will be cooking at the James Beard House.

Bogardus will team up with North Fork Table co-owner and pastry chef Claudia Fleming, a James Beard winner herself, to cook up a special dinner Tuesday, Dec. 19 with more North Fork touches (love the wine list!) than you could imagine. Even venison made its way onto the menu.

The $175 James Beard dinner is all booked up, but we wanted to share the menu anyway, so you, like us, can see what you’re missing.
