The Treatery (1564 Main Road, Jamesport, 631-779-2883), owner Christina Padrazo’s bakery and dessert shop, started in a pink and white, 1964 trailer that Padrazo drove to various events around the North Fork.
Her brick and mortar shop on the Main Road opened in 2022, providing custom cakes, several kinds of cookies, whoopie pies, cakesicles, tarts, gelato and more, along with hot cocoa and coffee, cold brew and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Padrazo now uses that pink and white trailer — a 1964 Shasta Airflyte camper affectionately named Stella — as a mobile dessert bar for gatherings large and small.
Sample some of The Treatery’s tasty wares at this year’s Northforker Wine & Food Classic on Sept. 3 at Borghese Vineyard (17150 Sound Ave., Cutchogue, 631-734-5111).
