Once the footprint for a small ranch, this home was rebuilt from the foundation in 2005 by its owners, a builder and a designer, who designed everything themselves to a high standard and with great intention says Laura Wanamaker, the agent at Howard Hanna Coach Realtors who is co-listing the property with Paul Widdowson.
