This house was originally a 1964 ranch before a 2007 renovation transformed it into its current iteration as a Craftsman-style bungalow. The replication is faithful, complete with wood work, finishes and architectural details such as the roof line, columns and stone cladding that are authentic to the Arts and Crafts period.

The finishes are so true to the period, one is challenged to argue this is not a period Arts and Crafts home. The details include the exterior door with stained glass, oak Craftsman muntins and window casing, oak door trim and a staircase with a custom newel post.
