Built in 1957, this two-story light-filled home was completely and newly made over this year. The owners renovated it for themselves with the intention of living in it, but after a change of plans, they decided to sell. “One of the best things is the location — near town and the beach at end of 6th Street, but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s a small street, so you have some privacy,” Naddell says. It is two blocks from Front Street and six blocks from the Long Island Rail Road, North Ferry and the harbor.
