It’s a varied roundup of events this weekend on the North Fork, with opportunities to see Mattituck-Cutchogue Jr.-Sr. High School’s version of “Once Upon a Mattress,” concerts, author talks, and an art opening; don’t forget wrestling matches in Greenport, wine and cheese pairings in Cutchogue, and a Mardi Gras celebration complete with a crawfish boil in Peconic.

“Once Upon a Mattress” | Mattituck High School Auditorium, 15125 Main Road, Mattituck
The Mattituck Musical Theater Company presents this student production, a musical comedy based on the fairy tale “The Princess and the Pea;” the show runs Feb. 28 at 7 p.m., March 1 at 7 p.m., and March 2 at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at the door and are $10 for adults; $5 for students. Deep Waters Wrestling Matches | Greenport American Legion, 102 3rd St., Greenport
From 6:30-9:30 p.m., this family-friendly event has plenty of wrestling action plus food and drink by Lucharitos. Doors open at 6 p.m.; tickets are $24.99-$40 and can be purchased here.

Gideon D’Arcangelo Concert | Poquatuck Hall, 1160 Skippers Lane, Orient
Enjoy this solo acoustic concert to benefit Poquatuck Hall; Gideon D’Arcangelo performs old, new, and original songs starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 and can be reserved here.

Mardi Gras Weekend Celebration | Greenport Harbor Brewing Company, 42155 Main Road, Peconic
