Greenport Chowder Fest | Port Waterfront Bar & Grill, 104 3rd St., Greenport
The chowder competition between local restaurants returns on Oct. 12. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25 here, or for $35 day-of, and include one beer, wine or soft drink of your choice along with 2 oz servings of each chowder (yes, you can go back for seconds). 

Oyster Fest | Greenport Harbor Brewery, 234 Carpenter St., Greenport
On Oct. 13 from 1–6 p.m., local oyster farms will shuck the day away, with live music by Northbound Sound and craft beer by Greenport Harbor Brewery. Head to Little Creek after for their final anchor drop behind Bootleg Alley. Learn more information here.

Next Stop Comedy | Übergeek Brewing Co., 400 Hallett Ave., Riverhead
On Oct. 12 at 8 p.m., head to Übergeek Brewing Co. to enjoy some craft beer while laughing your head off to stand-up comedians who have been featured on TV, podcasts and radio. $30.09, buy tickets here.

George Barry | Pindar Vineyards, 37645 Main Road, Peconic

Bee Gees Gold: The Tribute | The Suffolk, 118 E. Main St., Riverhead
This performance on Oct. 12 at 8 p.m. features John Acosta as Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees, backed by a live tribute band. Listen to classics like “Stayin’ Alive,” “You Should Be Dancing,” as well as deep cut songs, and hit the dance floor. $49–$79, buy tickets here.

Trail Work | Inlet Pond County Park, 65275 County Road 48, Greenport

Riverhead Country Fair | Downtown Riverhead
On Sunday, Oct. 13, the 48th Annual Riverhead Country Fair takes over the riverfront in Downtown Riverhead. Check out a large street fair, tractor displays, carnival rides and food. Learn more here.
