It’s been a really, really good summer over here on the North Fork. We’re not done with summer yet: On Thursday, Aug. 29, cruise on over to Borghese Vineyard (17150 Middle Road, Cutchogue) for the 3rd annual Northforker Wine & Food Classic, our signature late-summer tasting event featuring bites and sips from local restaurants, breweries and vineyards. With more than 50 purveyors ready to dazzle you with their epicurean prowess, you can make it your own personal mission to sample all the small plates and craft drinks. Don’t worry, you’ll easily shake off the extra calories when In the Groove take the stage — we dare you to try not to dance.
