St. Patrick’s Day is behind us, but in another week we’ll all be consumed by Easter festivities. On the North Fork, they actually begin this week with the annual Orient Beach State Park Egg Hunt. If running around looking for Easter Eggs isn’t your thing, perhaps you’d be interested in simply relaxing with a nice fondue tasting? Here’s what’s up:

A four-course dinner from tomorrow’s culinary stars | Cutchogue Diner, 27850 Main Road, Cutchogue

Students from CAST’s culinary program will prepare and present a four-course dinner under the supervision of chef Ryan Carroll on March 22 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $175 and benefit CAST’s culinary program.

The French Picnic hosts this fondue experience on March 23 from noon–5 p.m. $40 per person, includes glass of wine.

Taste Italian wines and bites | North Fork Craft Wines & Spirits, 122 South St., Greenport

North Fork Craft Wines & Spirits’ Italian Wine Grand Tasting on March 23 from 5–7 p.m. will include wines from Diego Pressenda, Tonnino, Italo Cescon and Inicieri. Light bites will also be served. Free, registration required.
