St. Patrick’s Day is behind us, but in another week we’ll all be consumed by Easter festivities. On the North Fork, they actually begin this week with the annual Orient Beach State Park Egg Hunt. Students from CAST’s culinary program will prepare and present a four-course dinner under the supervision of chef Ryan Carroll on March 22 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $175 and benefit CAST’s culinary program.
