After 36 years on Front Street, Greenport legend Aldo Maiorana retired, having sold his gourmet coffee shop to four friends who are living and raising their young families on the East End.
I so enjoyed reading this story by Chris Francescani about Joshua Sommer, Taylor Klemm, Scott Rose and Tora Matsuoka’s new vision for the long-running cafe.
It was lovely to read how the four new owners were mentored by Maiorana, and heartening as a Greenport resident to know that the shop is in good hands.
