The 2nd Annual Northforker Wine & Food Classic, held at Borghese Vineyard in Cutchogue on Thursday, Aug. 31, was a hit! With over 900 guests tasting small bites from the East End, as well as local wine, beer and spirits, the event served as a celebratory and fabulous unofficial send-off to another beautiful summer season.
Over 50 local purveyors participated in the Wine & Food Classic, from restaurants like The Halyard, Little Fish and The Dimon Estate to wineries like RGNY, Peconic Bay Vineyards and more. Guests tasted delectable bites like sliders from Justin’s Chop Shop, cheeses from the Village Cheese Shop, pizza from Piesans Pizza, chocolate sea salt caramel shooters from North Fork Chocolate Company and much, much, more.
Drinks and libations were provided by sponsors Campari, Aperol, Appleton Estate, Espolon Tequila and Skyy Vodka, Modelo, Blue Moon, Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino, among others.
