The oyster farmer recently started his second season of leading private sunset cruises from Founders Landing in Southold. On board the vintage charter, passengers can indulge in an oyster tasting and pop open a bottle of bubbly while cruising above Schnee’s underwater oyster farm and learning about the North Fork’s maritime history.
