Even before stepping foot inside this week’s Dream Home, you will feel like you are walking directly onto the set of a Disney movie.

This 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom baby blue and pink Victorian home was inspired by the colorful late-19th century homes of Charleston, South Carolina and Main Street USA at Disney World in Florida. Masterfully crafted, it is unlike anything else on the North Fork market.

“It’s the Big Blue House,” said listing agent Sheri Winter Parker of Corcoran. “In addition to the playroom, living room and den, the house has multiple ‘bonus’ rooms to make your own — including a library, recording studio, wood shop, and a game room.”

At the heart of the house is the large gourmet kitchen, which connects to all of the rooms on the first floor. The dark oak cabinets complement the wide-plank pegged floors and the huge U-shaped center island, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen features two of each appliance, all of which are Viking or GE, and also includes a trash compactor and a champagne fridge, as well as magnificent views of the waterfront.

Built in 2006, the house offers over 10,000 square feet of living space and is nestled on 8.9 acres off of New Suffolk Ave. On the first floor, the ceilings are over 10 feet high and on the second they are closer to 9 feet. The covered mahogany porches, overlooking West Creek, span 2,000 square feet.

“The views from nearly every room in the house are swoon-worthy,” said Winter Parker. “New Suffolk Avenue is one of the prettiest streets on the North Fork, with a constant view of the water. The property has a beautiful sugar sand beach on Peconic Bay, with views of Robins Island.”

The home takes much inspiration from the whimsy of Disney. Not only does the colorful exterior exude an enchanting charm, but the inside — with its marble checkerboard foyer, clawfoot tubs, five fireplaces (including one outdoors), pull-chain toilets and dumbwaiter — is just as beguiling. Even the additional bedrooms on the second floor are currently decorated after classic Disney films such as Toy Story.

This one-of-a-kind home also features a 32-foot insulated indoor pool, complete with a dark blue waterslide, hot tub, hydraulic cover, dehumidification system, waterfall and bubble jets.

“It is a magical home that was designed to live a creative and inspired lifestyle,” said Winter Parker. “Much has been accomplished here and the energy remains in the walls. The entire home is a unique and one-of-a-kind experience on the North Fork. It feels like you are living in a year-round resort property”

This Cutchogue home is currently listed for $4,450,000. You can find the complete listing here.
