Popular Greenport clothing boutique Popsicle & Finn found a new home on Main Road in Cutchogue earlier this year.
The boutique closed its Front Street location after Labor Day and reopened as North Fork Apothecary in October.
“Greenport was a great place to launch the business, but this is a bigger space that will allow the brands to breathe,” said owner Stephanie Sack, who opened the store in April 2021.
The beautiful, light-filled space was that was previously Phoebe & Belle was renovated and features an original post office counter. (Legend has it that Albert Einstein kept a P.O. box there while summering on Nassau Point.) “This space holds such an important place in North Fork history and it’s such an honor to be here,” Sack said.
North Fork Apothecary is a luxurious modern general store that features many clothing and accessory items from Popsicle & Finn plus an expanded selection of beauty, skincare and wellness products, along with home decor, and provisions.
With a background in experiential marketing and large-scale event planning, Sack also hopes to weave unique experiences into the new space — from book clubs and signings to beauty and wellness popups — as she continues to build a sense of community around her store.
North Fork Apothecary is located at 37070 Main Road in Cutchogue.
