When John Fraser and his hospitality group JF Restaurants reopened the North Fork Table & Inn space under his direction last summer, he kept the four inn rooms closed, something he said he would tackle in 2021. Well, now they are open and available to be booked.

The four rooms, two kings and two queens, have undergone a complete renovation, including new hardwood floors, fresh furniture and brand new bathrooms. Overall, the rooms have a modern, clean and cozy look. Crispy white linen covers the beds with a fuzzy blanket at the foot of the bed. A leather headboard sits behind four plush pillows.

“We kept the dimensions of the rooms essentially the same while gut renovating the space.”  designer Thomas Juul Hansen said. “We replaced the floors with hardwood, completely redid the bathroom with heated floors and replaced and curated all of the custom furniture.”

Juul Hansen also designed the restaurant just downstairs. The same feel from the dining room is carried up into the rooms. Plush white chairs with dark wooden accents decorate the restaurant, while upstairs that same dark wood is brought through the side tables and bed frame, accented by the white desk chair.

“We wanted the rooms at the North Fork Table & Inn to be a continuation of the experience at the restaurant,” Juul Hansen said. “The rooms retain the same pseudo-eclectic country modern look and feel.”

If you book one of the rooms, you’ll be treated with Malin & Goetz luxury amenities and daily snacks from the kitchen at 5 p.m. Rates start at $435.

“We wanted guests coming out to the North Fork to experience Chef John Fraser’s food to have a calm escape,” Juul Hansen continued. “To be able to tie together their experience dining with an overnight stay.”
