Wondering what your budget can get you on the red-hot North Fork real estate market? We’re here to help, home buyers. In our new biweekly column, we’re spotlighting homes for sale in hamlets across the North Fork at various price points.

This week, we’re dreaming of the beach. There’s nothing better than a beach day when Memorial Day rolls around…except that is, a beach day you can experience with no loading up the car, no parking permit needed and no panicking when you realize you forgot the sunscreen. These homes are all right on the sand, so that SPF you forgot to pack is right inside your own back door.

Here’s what’s on offer on the beach and how much it might cost you, from $679,000 for a cliffside home in Baiting Hollow all the way to the eastern tip of the fork, where you’ll pay $2.55 million for 100 feet of rare Orient Village beachfront.
