Stepping into the SpecialTea House in Greenport is like entering another era, a Victorian era perhaps. All the chairs and tables are ornate and elegant while the mix-and-match cups and saucers are dainty and colorful. Before you know it, your pinky is up in the air before your tea cup, dainty sandwich, or homemade scone reaches your mouth.
The tearoom, which shares space with Special Effects Salon & Tea, is open Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Spend one minute sharing tea with us there.
