When you want to bring the beauty of the outdoors to your kitchen or dining table, a flower CSA is the perfect way to do that. Each week, you’ll get a new seasonal bouquet that adds a little bit of colorful spring and summer beauty to the inside of your home. Here are a bunch (pun intended) of North Fork farms offering flower CSAs to pick from (and again).
If you want to be able to brighten up your home in the form of flowers, North Fork Flower Farm offers plenty of seasonal options. Choose the nine week long Spring Delight program (Early May – Late June) for tulips and daffodils, the 10-week Summer Blooms program (Early July – Early September) for asters and dahlias or the eight week Fall Color program (Early September – Late October) for snapdragons and Queen Anne’s lace. Or choose their Flowers by the Month program for a shorter option.
North Fork Flower Farm will deliver to Orient, East Marion, Greenport, Southold, Cutchogue or Mattituck.
“Participating in our flower CSA gives you a weekly mason jar arrangement of the most unusual, delightful and freshest flowers you have probably never seen before,” co-owner Drianne Benner said. “Here is how it works: Each weekend, just leave the empty quart mason jar provided to you, and a new, long-lasting bouquet will magically appear in its place, ready for you to enjoy.”

Get a seasonal rotating centerpiece each week with Salt Air Farm’s Bucket of Blooms CSA. Each membership comes with a one gallon bucket of fresh flowers that are exchanged out each week. The season starts in mid-May and extends to September, and pick up is on Thursday or Friday. If you want a shorter season, you can pick from their 12 week option for $450, eight week option for $300 or four week option for $150.
The full 20 week season is $700.

As an addition to their CSA, Zilnicki Farms has a flower add on. Each week, you’ll have the option of selecting a fresh cut flower bouquet from their farm.

Through their CSA, Garden of Eve has a sunflower share to brighten up any home during the spring and summer. You’ll get one bouquet a week for a full share or one bouquet every other week for a half share for ten weeks. This comes in their combo CSA that starts at $51.88 per week and includes veggies, fruit, flowers and eggs. Despite the name, it’s not only sunflowers on offer: depending on the season you’ll also get flowers like zinnias, snapdragons and marigolds to liven any dining room table.
