SummerFest in Southampton 

The sixth annual SummerFest, Southampton Arts Center’s premier fundraising event, is taking place Thursday, Aug. 29 from 6 to 10 p.m. The culinary arts festival will feature plenty of dancing and signature dishes from some of the most notable chefs and restaurants on the East End. Participating restaurants include Citarella, Hampton Coffee Company, Le Charlot, Saaz, Sant Ambroeus, Seasons of Southampton, Union Cantina, and more.

MonTaco

MonTaco is the ultimate East End fiesta with some of the most celebrated chefs from the Hamptons and New York City. With a focus on Mexican, Spanish and South American cuisine, this tasting event hosted by Dan’s Taste of Summer features fresh culinary takes on classics such as enchiladas, ceviche, tostadas and more plus endless cerveza and margaritas.

MonTaco is Saturday, Aug 3 at Gurney’s Star Island Resort & Marina. VIP tickets are $175 and include early entry at 6:30 p.m. General admission is $129, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

CCOM’s Summer Lobster Bake

Dine on fresh lobster and take in the sea breeze at the Concerned Citizens of Montauk Summer Lobster Bake benefit on Saturday, Aug. 10 at Gurney’s Star Island Resort & Marina.Tickets are $250, advanced sale only. All proceeds benefit CCOM’s water quality programming.

Dan’s 60 Summers Gala

Taking place at Gurney’s Star Island Resort & Marina, the 60 Summers Gala will showcase the best food and wine of the Hamptons while toasting to Dan’s Papers 60th anniversary. Extremely limited seating is available for this six-course pairing dinner.

East Qugoue Fire Department Seafood and Beer Festival

Lobster shooters, clams, shrimp and mussels are on the menu at the 41st annual Seafood and Beer Festival hosted by the East Qugoue Fire Department on Saturday, Aug. 10. Enjoy local craft beer, wine and sangria while listening to the sounds of Paul Mahos and New Life Crisis. There are also raffle and door prizes.
