The Nice Buns Food Truck will be at Macari Wines in October.

Love food trucks? Can’t decide which one to follow?

Macari Vineyards, the family-owned winery, plans to offer a rotating series of food trucks every Saturday and Sunday at their Cutchogue tasting room during September and October.

Kicking off the series this weekend will be Harvest Moon Shellfish Company, known for their fresh locally grown oysters.

“Fall is one of the busiest seasons on the North Fork,” said Gabriella Macari, who handles marketing and distribution. “So we’re super excited to showcase the food trucks that have been doing really well out here.”

Some of the other food trucks taking part in the series include Aji, which serves authentic Mexican cuisine, Mesquite Tex Mex, Noah’s On The Road and Nice Buns Slammin Sliders. Each food truck will be on location at the winery serving between 1 and 6 p.m.

“We have some awesome chefs coming in and they’re really excited too,” Macari said.

On Sunday, Sept. 11, Macari Wines will be a stop on this year’s North Fork Foodie Tour. Tickets to the self-guided tour must be purchased in advance.
