First and South chef Kyle Fiasconaro’s “pop-up restaurant” at Lucharitos in Greenport is where high-end organic meets laid-back homestyle.
Every Wednesday, Kyle is bringing his style of cooking to the taqueria and tequila bar as part of his new project — Lost and Found Popup Restaurant. In the past, he’s also hosted his pop-up dinners at other locations.
Many of the ingredients are found by Kyle foraging locally.
“I’m just happy to give such a talented and humble chef a space to create and present his very unique dishes,” said Lucharitos owner and chef Marc LaMaina.

7. Pine roasted carrot with kale skin
8.Venison sausage, birch baked black-eyed peas with onion

10. Wintergreen hot cocoa
