SANG LEE FARMS

This all-organic farm offers an array of dressings, dips and pestos that pair perfectly with their fresh produce. Their ginger scallion dip is a standout. The package says “exquisitely creamy and delicious” and we agree!

SALAMANDER’S ON FRONT

This Greenport eatery is known for its fried chicken. Owner Claudia Helinski uses hand-cut D’artagnan chicken, which is then brined, or soaked in salt and spices, for 24 hours. The finishing touch is the special coating, which is Helinski’s own secret recipe. The chicken is fried in two large pressure cookers that produce a grease-free product by removing condensation as it cooks. So good.

GOODFOOD.

In addition to its empanadas, soups and quiches, Goodfood. offers some of the healthiest sides around. The kale salad is made with roasted butternut squash, toasted almonds, and parmesan tossed with a lemon vinaigrette. It’s available by the pound.
