The Greenport Maritime Festival runs Sept. 19 through 21.

Greenport’s nautical history will be celebrated this weekend during the East End Seaport Museum & Marine Foundation’s annual Greenport Maritime Festival.

With two event-packed days ahead, from the opening day parade to oyster shucking demos, trying to take it all in it could be a little overwhelming. Here are our five “don’t miss” festival events. Or check northforker.com Saturday and Sunday for the day’s schedules.

I will be out of town this weekend so be sure to enjoy a pint of Bug Light Ale for me.
