This hands-on workshop series invites writers of all levels to play and experiment with writing in order to hone their craft within a supportive community of peers. Participants will develop skills in character development/voice, description, dialogue, metaphorical language, and narrative arc by producing original work and sharing it together for constructive feedback. The course includes in-class writing prompts, guided discussions, and analysis of published mentor texts as both inspiration and models. Designed for writers of all genres, this six-week course creates a nurturing environment focused on revision and growth.
*Class is limited to 12 students & students must be able to attend ALL workshops.
