About

The Riverhead Faculty and Community Theatre is proud to present their winter program with a stage reading of A. R. Gurney’s “Ancestral Voices: A Family Story.”

Set in Buffalo, New York in the 1940’s, this bittersweet story is seen through the eyes of young Eddie, whose family is turned inside out when his grandmother unexpectedly divorces his grandfather in order to marry his grandfather’s best friend. Audiences follow the family through the ensuing decades of war and social upheaval.

Featuring Rusty Kransky from Greenport, Marion Stark from Jamesport, Shelley Bennett from East Hampton, and Michael Horn from Riverhead.

One night only – Making his RFCT debut is Riverhead High School’s very own Latin teacher, Jeff “Doc” Greenberger, in the role of Harvey on Friday, Feb 28th.
