Cocktail hour starts at 6pm- take in the sunset and the vineyard with a glass of Paumanok and enjoy local oysters and clams from our raw bar. The Seafood Boil sit-down dinner starts at 7pm, featuring mussels, shrimp, lobster tails, baby potatoes, corn, drawn butter and Andouille sausage all paired with Paumanok’s wines.
