Dining will take place in an outdoor heated tent, at Canoe Place Inn, 239 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, NY.


Canoe Place Inn will provide an organic, vegetarian/sustainable seafood meal prepared by Chef Ülfet Ralph. A full meal will include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Grab a refreshing drink at the cash bar. All herbs and vegetables will be sourced from local farms, including ECI’s Good Ground Heritage Garden.
