Finding our Potential
Session One: 11am-12pm
We will explore a special breathing meditation to unlock our potential for lasting inner peace. Through this practice, we can reduce painful states of mind and lead happier daily lives.
Meditation break/Discussion with Refreshments: 12pm-12:30pm
Tools for Meditation
Session Two: 12:30pm-1:30pm
By exploring how we stand in the way of our progress, we will develop the tools to re-train our attention to engage in actions aligned with our intentions.
