Exhibit Opening- “Honoring our WWI Veterans and those they left behind.” On Flag Day, June 14, the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical Council will be hosting this exhibit. The exhibit will be open through July and will not only focus on remembering the long-past veterans of WWI but also draw attention to those that stayed behind and supported the troops and how they did so, specifically in the Cutchogue and New Suffolk and surrounding North Fork communities.  The exhibit will start at 2:00 pm, and the opening ceremony will be on the Cases Lane side of the Carriage house on the Village Green, opening up to the exhibit in the back of the building. Following opening remarks, there will be a wine and cheese reception, and the event will also serve as the Grand Re-Opening of the Carriage House.
