Stony Brook Cancer Center’s Health Education Jaclyn M. Grimaldi Health Education Specialist will present regarding cancer prevention and recommended cancer screenings. We will be discussing what cancer is, what causes it, and how to prevent it. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to prevent cancer, but catching it early is very important. Screening is the best way to find cancer early. We will discuss various cancer screenings, what they are, and who is recommended to get them.
