Calling all foodies!
Mark your calendars for the final lecture in Southold Historical Museum’s free
winter series titled “Keeping It Rooted on Long Island” with Chef Tom Schaudel
at 5pm on April 8 at Southold Town Recreation Center.

Renowned Chef Tom Schaudel will share his
experience with using fresh, local ingredients that have delighted many
restaurant guests. Schaudel will not only share stories from his remarkable
history in the restaurant industry, he will also demonstrate some of his own
“Farm to Table” culinary creations.
