East Quogue Holiday on Main Returns Dec. 5 to Transform Main Street Into a Living
“Hallmark Movie”
The highly anticipated East Quogue Holiday on Main annual festival
will return on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Now in its
fifth year, the collaborative community event will completely close Main Street
to vehicle traffic, transforming the heart of the village and the Fire
Department parking lot into what locals describe as one of the top artisan
holiday fairs on Long Island.
Organized through a joint effort by multiple East Quogue service organizations, the
family-friendly festival aims to recreate the nostalgic charm of a classic
holiday film. The afternoon features an expanded lineup of over 100 artisan
vendors, a diverse selection of food and beverage trucks, and exclusive
shopping specials at local brick-and-mortar merchants.
Families can kick off their holiday shopping while enjoying an array of seasonal
activities, including:
• Photos with Santa and live holiday musical performances.
• Pet Costume Contest
• Fun Activities for all ages
• Seasonal spirits and curated local treats for adult attendees.
• Character appearances along the street, including a visiting Grinch.
• …and so much more!!
The festivities will culminate at 5:00 PM with the traditional Village Tree
Lighting and community caroling.
