Join us as we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the MOSAIC Community Street Painting Festival! East End Arts unleashes the creativity of the community for this free, family-friendly event. We welcome the public to enjoy shopping, food, live entertainment, hands-on activities, and art, as Town Hall Campus is transformed into a vibrant, open-air creative experience. It’s the most colorful day of the year!
