A hands-on cooking class inspired by bold Spanish flavors and effortless entertaining.

Transport yourself to a warm Spanish evening as we cook our way through a vibrant menu of spring-inspired tapas and a show stopping paella. This class is all about layering flavor, cooking with confidence, and creating dishes that are meant to be shared.

We’ll build a classic chorizo, shrimp and mussels paella from the ground up—learning how to develop a rich sofrito, toast the rice, and achieve that signature crispy socarrat on the bottom of the pan.

Along with the paella, we’ll create a spread of bright, simple tapas that highlight the best of the season.
