Led by Linda and Kathy Pasca, “Begin Anew” is the next well-being event at Alex Ferrone Gallery in Cutchogue. This peaceful, nurturing, insightful, and creative seated gathering will offer uplifting inspiration to start 2026 with a positive, fresh perspective.
Experience a 3-hour restorative mini retreat designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you, practice being in the present moment, and set intentions for the new year. Through activities using color theory, sound meditations, and mindfulness exercises, Linda and Kathy will guide you to calm your nervous system and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
After the retreat, enjoy additional inspiration with the Breathe Deeply exhibition inside the Gallery.
Ages 21 , seated 3-hour retreat, includes refreshments.
