American Beech is a modern American restaurant inspired by the farming, fishing and viticulture industries of the North Fork and the eclectic cultures and cuisines of the surrounding regions. Inspired by the maritime village of Greenport, the restaurant interior boasts an airy and comfortable coastal aesthetic with room for 50 guests in the dining area and 20 guests at the bar.
