Franklin Hill Perrell (b. 1954) has been drawing and painting on Long Island since early childhood and has spent his lifetime in the New York art world. The paintings in this exhibition represent the development of a unified vision since 2011. He studied painting with Beatrice Mead Perrell, Fay Lansner, and David Shapiro. A graduate of Hofstra University (B.A., M.A.), his professional career includes serving as Chief Curator of the Nassau County Museum of Art, Executive Director of the Roslyn Landmark Society, and Co-founder and Co-director of Artful Circle. He has taught at Hofstra University and Long Island University, with exhibitions at Walker Street Gallery, Frank Caro, and Tria Gallery.
