Anthony Martignetti is no fair-weather dreamer. When the New York boutique restaurateur bought the disintegrating Old Mill Inn (5775 W Mill Road, Mattituck, 631-621-2251) more than half a decade ago, he knew what he was in for—and he was all in for it.
