Look Up: Elizabeth Richard Memorial Members’ Show
This annual East End Arts members’ show runs through March 1 across the organization’s two galleries (133 E. Main St. and 11 W. Main St., Riverhead). This year, the mixed-media exhibition is themed around the significance of the sky in all its incarnations, from astronomical events like the super moon and the recent aurora borealis that was visible over the North Fork in fall 2024. Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Sweet Dream Pastry Chef Competition
Peconic Bay Medical Center will host the second annual Sweet Dreams dessert competition at East Wind Long Island (5720 NY-25A, Wading River) on Feb. 6 from 7–9 p.m. Contestants will be tasked with creating themed chocolate works with various prizes. $75–$225, buy tickets here.

An Unforgettable Valentine: A Celebration of Nat King Cole’s Love Songs
Make your Valentine’s Day — well, the day before — “Unforgettable” on Thursday, Feb. 13, with this performance by Jerome Foster Lewis at The Suffolk (118 E. Main St., Riverhead). The singer, whose smooth-as-silk voice can be heard on his Instagram @jeromefosterlewis, will sing the many romantic hits of Nat King Cole, accompanied by an ensemble band.
