Juneteenth Celebration | Throughout Greenport
The North Fork celebrates its first-ever Juneteenth parade on June 15 in Greenport. Pastor Natalie Wimberly of the Clinton Memorial A.M.E. Zion Curch will lead a blessing at 10 a.m. followed by the parade at 11 a.m. and a celebration and picnic in Mitchell Park. At 2 p.m., the North Fork Arts Center will screen Juneteenth: Freedom and Faith. All are welcome.
